Referral response and mobilisation
What happens after a professional referral
We provide an initial response to new referrals within 24 to 48 hours. Accepted packages are normally mobilised within two to three weeks once the required clinical information and approvals are available. The timescale depends on the complexity of the package, recruitment, training, competency assessment, equipment and the agreed start date.
